Mrs. Angela Nagel Mrs. Angela Nagel has been blessed to serve in education since 1999. Over the years, she has taught eighth-grade English at Rensselaer Middle School, grades 4 and 5 at St. Augustine, and most recently served as principal of St. Augustine School. Now, she is joyfully back in the classroom, teaching first grade—a role that allows her to share her love of learning and faith with our youngest students each day.
Angela is a proud graduate of St. Joseph’s College with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She also holds a Master’s Degree in School Administration, along with certifications in High Ability, Language Arts, and Kindergarten. Her deep commitment to Catholic education is rooted in her faith and her desire to nurture the hearts and minds of children in Christ.
A devoted member of St. Augustine Parish, Angela treasures the opportunity to be part of the same school and faith community she serves. When she’s not at school, you’ll likely find her in the garden, quilting, crafting, or working on a project in her woodshop. She and her husband, Andy, have four children and are grandparents to eight grandsons and one granddaughter. Family time is her greatest joy!
